Since 1980, I have built and managed the company to respect and follow this mission in order to achieve the excellency of our purpose, Djibouti constant development in the Construction sector has been pushing out the boundaries of the market for more compactivity and we have to stand steady as there are more challenges every years passing. I believe construction do not only serve to contract bids and complete projects, but it is much more to serve the community and evolve with it, beside those relations always emerge as new bonds based on a strong collaboration and friendship, professionalism with all the stakeholders and

Wais Bilal Construction different visions through the evolution of the world has to be specialized and have expertise to control, lead and manage the different projects. In Djibouti, our Head Office serve in the Real Estate, Construction Project Management and Execution and as well with our sales department, we import Materials specially from Dubai to respond the different lacks and needs of the local market. In the end, we design and conceive Architecture Project with our team composed of skill young Architects and Engineers.
